My passion is to share the positive impact simple yet effective mindfulness, productivity and well-being habits can have on reducing stress and improving performance, supporting clients to enjoy greater success, balance, and fulfillment in their personal and professional lives.

I am an ICF and EMCC certified Personal, Leadership and Team coach, EMCC certified Mental Health & Wellness coach, certified EQi 2.0 and EQPC 6 Seconds Emotional Intelligence coach/trainer and Strengthscope coach. I am also a certified Yoga Therapist, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher and Breathe-Body-Mind Teacher. I hold an MA in Business Studies, am a Graduate Member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland and Professional Member of the International Stress Management Association (ISMA) and Irish Institute of Training & Development (IITD).
I have undertaken additional professional training in: Resilience, Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Non Violent Communication and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which all influence my approach and commitment to providing professional, positive, client-centred coaching, experiential and results-focused training programmes and transformational wellbeing retreats.
