I help leaders develop their careers and build teams of the future. I’m a former Microsoft Finance Director, ICF certified coach (PCC) and Chartered Accountant (FCA, ICAEW), with 15 years corporate experience.
My aim is to give my clients the tools you need to thrive. I predominantly work with finance leaders within corporates and accounting firms to build the finance teams of the future. My clients come from across finance – I work with them on their finance strategy, getting time back to focus on high impact opportunities, developing finance teams fit for the future, as well as career and personal development.
After earning my ACA with the ICAEW at Deloitte, my career took me to Seattle where I became a Finance Director at Microsoft. While there, I completed my ACC certification with the ICF through iPEC coaching school. It’s these experiences and everything in between that help me coach my clients on building a career for the finance teams of the future.
As a Finance Director at Microsoft in Seattle, I experienced cutting edge finance tools before they were unleashed into the wider world. This knowledge of where finance will be in 5-10 years, benefits my coaching clients today.
I have led teams and coached finance clients in FTSE 100, big four accountancy firms and fast-growing tech start-ups. Whatever stage a client is at in their career, I bring energy, a fresh perspective and approachability.
