My activities have been determined by the ideas of value-adding, taking responsibility and personal impact-giving along with internationally acknowledged and authorized trainer and MCC (International Coaching Federation) coaching methodology for 12 years.
First of all I cooperate with the middle and top managers of middle-sized and multinational companies.
I believe in simplified, clear and transparent communication as well as in the strength of solid knowledge and skills by improving personal competences.
I am strongly convinced about the power of “human factor” and the improvement based on common values, and I believe in their future growth both personally and professionally. My main field is management-improvement in which I would like adequate, responsible and human-orientated solutions to lead to company success at the same time.
I have been working with the training methodology of Leaders of Change in which discovering personal impacts, responsibility improvement and developing individual and authentic management attitude take an essential part since 2015.
My partner and me have been building up our second enterprise related to Responsible Innovation (www.theimpacter.org) and have been organizing the related international conferences (www.responsibleinnovation-summit.com) in Dublin since 2017. Apart from that we have established a related enterprising award(www.business-spirit.org).
About my personal life: I am a husband and a father of three girls, with facing all the happiness and challenges of this status. I am living in Ireland at present. My life is color- and meaningful. I believe in the importance of sharing values.
