Leading diverse teams and coaching leaders when they step into a new role and face new challenges.

With a multinational career and broad experience in the financial services sector in Asia, I’m a highly accredited executive coach, facilitator and organizational change consultant.

Combining my experience in the financial services industry with my extensive credentialed coaching education, I help you gain insight into your own motives, interests and concerns in order to understand the explicit links to challenges you might face in communication, leadership and management.

By facilitating greater awareness of leadership and communication style and impact, I enable you to identify and understand your own strengths and critical areas for development. I understands how to engage, connect with people at different levels, how they think and behave, and how their values and experiences shape their performance and work satisfaction levels. These skills allow me to successfully guide organizations and individuals to create impactful and sustainable changes by practicing new and creative ways to shift behavior.

With 20 years of career experience at Citigroup, Jardine Fleming, Morgan Stanley, ABN Amro, JP Morgan and RBS, my expertise included bottom line responsibility and successful leadership of diverse teams. These experiences have provided me with resilience, appreciation for and adaptability to different cultures, great insight, and a keen ability to understand behavioral patterns and facilitate positive change.
