I am a professionally qualified executive and leadership coach with 15 years of experience working with Senior Managers and Executives in the private sector (manufacturing and IT) as well as public sectors (Revenue and Local Government).

I am passionate about human flourishing, and my mission is to be a “builder of people”, supporting leaders to become radically human, empowering them to lead themselves to lead others.

My focus is on growing self-awareness and meta-awareness, helping leaders understand what they do and why they do it. (Using 360 degree emotional intelligence focussed behavioural input, as well as by making the unconscious conscious through the Enneagram, revealing patterns of thought that influence behaviour.)

As I journey with my clients to turn this awareness into wisdom and action, my approach is balanced between a structured “objectives and outcomes” approach and the organic, where I remain open and curious, engaging and moving forward with what emerges. I work towards creating a relationship of trust where deeper dialogue is encouraged, and in which the conversation paradoxically often becomes light and playful, creating a sense of flow from which deep insights can emerge.

I adopt an integrated, whole of life approach, so am equally open to exploring connected aspects of my client’s lives, such as work/life integration, relationships, including marriage, values and spirituality.
