I help people find their strengths and their potential, so they can achieve anything they want in life. Then I help them create that vision for the future. I have a background in biotech engineering so I understand how the body works down to a cellular level. And I’m accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Hi! I’m Anne Louise
Growing up with divorce, alcoholism and abuse, I found it very difficult to adjust to real life as an adult. I used many unhealthy habits to get through my days. I used to be a junk-food eating, beer loving, heavy smoker who made fun of sporty people. I was generally unhappy and didn’t treat myself (or others) very well. I was hard on myself, unforgiving and always putting myself down.
My turning point was when I became pregnant. All of a sudden my life turned upside down and I had someone else in my life I was responsible for. I made a promise to myself that I would do a better job than my parents.
This is where my healing journey really started. I realised I had been battling with anxiety and depression ever since I was around 8! Through therapy and other healing methods, I slowly started to turn my life around. The one method that I think had the biggest impact on me was coaching. For the first time in my life, I felt seen and heard and that my voice mattered. It was such an amazing experience.
Today, I have changed my eating and drinking habits and I quit smoking. Every day I do my very best to uphold my promise to myself. Every day I am a better role model for my children. The cycle of bad childhoods stops with me!
