Personal Development has been my passion for the last 20 years.
You realize something has to change but you don’t know how to make that happen?
You like being an achiever, striving for excellence but the path you are on just does not feel right anymore?
You care deeply about the world around you and you also have a tendency to take on too much of what does not serve you?
Something is just not working for you anymore, but you don’t quite know what?
You sometimes feel lost and at the same time have a burning and courageous desire for change?
I work with people that have the courage to follow their own voice and dare to live in a way that feels true to them.
In our coaching, you will gain a new perspective and discover how powerful and capable you actually are to make change happen. You will go beyond what you believed possible and feel more resilient, confident, impactful, and fulfilled. You can expect me to be thoughtful, empathetic, and caring about you and your journey. I listen carefully, create a safe space for deep exploration, and support you in taking meaningful action. I help you find pragmatic yet transformative and sustainable solutions, with humor and lightness in the process. We will ensure our sessions are something we both look forward to.
I trained at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), and I hold credentials as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation. I am also a certified Positive Intelligence (PQ) practitioner and help clients develop their Mental Fitness.
Prior to becoming a coach, I worked for 18 years in demanding international roles of increasing responsibility in the pharmaceutical industry. My diverse business, educational, and personal cross-cultural background and experiences enable me to deeply understand the challenge my clients face and what they need to make change happen for them.
