What is your comfort zone?
🤔 Do you find yourself thinking a lot about an action you want to take and try and talk yourself out of it?

I have found whenever I go on a new journey, be it a diet, a personal challenge or a career challenge I always follow 3 tips:
💡Make time – There are 24hrs in everyone’s day so make some time to learn. A little bit often makes a huge difference.
💡Seek advice and support – There are so many people who want to help you, you just need to ask.
💡Take action – Wake up and go for it, stop letting the voice put you off. It is amazing how many “1sts” you can achieve.
